For acreage owners
A considered value.
A clear next step.
Tell us where your acreage is and when you might sell. Dusko will discuss the relevant sales, the strengths of your property and what to prepare before it goes to market. Begin with what you know; the documents can follow.
Dusko is licensed for residential real estate, including residential acreages and country homes. Farm, ranch and agricultural property representation is available through appropriately licensed members of the Real Estate Partners Team and our partner network.
What your review considers
The value lives beyond the front door.
Two homes with similar square footage can tell very different acreage stories. Your review looks at the property a buyer will actually own.
The land
Usable acreage, setting, privacy, views, access and the way the home sits on the parcel.
The improvements
The home, shops, garages and other improvements, including condition and recent work.
The property file
Water, septic, title and land use records that help buyers understand what they are purchasing.
The market
Relevant sales, competing properties and your timing, discussed in the context of your acreage.

A valuation is the beginning of the listing plan: what makes your land valuable, which questions to answer early and how to show the property through aerial film and editorial photography.
Questions about selling and valuing an acreage
How is an acreage valuation different from a city home valuation?
The home is one part of the value. Parcel size and usable land, privacy, views, access, outbuildings, water and septic condition can change the comparison. Dusko reviews these features alongside relevant residential acreage sales, rather than treating every acre as having the same value.
What should I send for an opinion of value?
Start with the address or legal land description, approximate acreage, major improvements and your timing. If available, well records, septic documents, title, a survey or Real Property Report, and a list of recent upgrades help the review. You can enquire before gathering every document.
Will I receive an instant automated price?
No. This is a request for a personal property review and a conversation with Dusko. An acreage has too many property-specific variables for this page to give a reliable instant estimate. An opinion of market value is separate from a formal appraisal required by a lender or another professional.
Can I request a valuation if I am still deciding whether to sell?
Yes. Select Exploring under timing. Discussing value and preparation does not commit you to listing your property. Tell Dusko whether you are weighing a move, planning improvements or considering a sale.
